My sideburns are uneven, the line above one ear is noticeably higher than the other, and the overall cut is much shorter than what I asked for. The stylist spent most of the appointment gossiping about people she knows and stopped paying attention to my haircut once that started. I was never given a chance to check the progress during the cut, either. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve left unhappy — my previous haircut here wasn’t great, and after this experience, I don’t plan on coming back.
