But she helped me find another fragrance that had similar fragrance notes, and this perfume smells AMAZING!! I never had to ask for help, She offered it right away! She went above and beyond, even though she was pretty busy stocking merchandise! It's rare these days to encounter that level of customer service, hands down the best shopping experience I've ever had! Hang on to her, she is a gem!!!! Thanks Alishia!!!!

She is always working by herself and always gives the best customer service, even when she is backed up with customers inside the store. She is a true professional in every aspect and Sephora inside of Kohl's is very lucky to have her. She shade matches me perfectly which is not easy to do and she is so well versed in fragrances as well. If it weren't for her and her knowledge, I don't know that I would shop there. So bravo to Kohl's for hiring such a helpful, enthusiastic, and truly professional employee.
