- RCRachel CooperFeb 1, 20241.0I went in an asked for some slight blonde highlights and referenced several pictures for the stylist, Cindy, to use. She said no problem and started mixing the colors. They dye was very chunky and after I realized it, about 75% of my head was covered in foils- when I just asked for a few highlights. She then rinsed the dye out and constantly kept getting water on the back of my shirt. I saw my hair in the mirror, which was a super brassy blonde, I could barely see any of my original hair, and my roots were not even dyed. I started to literally cry in the store, then said that it was nothing like I asked for and told her that I wanted to leave. Cindy said that she would fix it and tone down the blonde highlights. She and another co-worker kept saying that the store didn't allow them to carry certain products and spoke poorly of another client that was in the salon, while I was getting my hair "fixed". The same issue happened the second go around. Water from the rinsing process on my shirt, I barely saw my original hair color, her styling tools were everywhere (even on the ground), and I was still dissatisfied after the second color correcting attempt. Eventually, I had to go to another salon to completely cover up the dye...7 hrs in 1 day just to get some highlights!
