I called to speak to manager friday had to leave message no return call as of noon saturday I called back manager spoke to me assured she would correct issue. Well apperently she doesnt know what she is doing either under my daughters hair still has dark roots an now she looks like she has graying ash colored hair. She told lady it was ok because she was scared to deatj of what it would look like if they kept messing with it. Complete waste of her birthday money. Granted bleaching your hair is not healthy but she likes it an until now has never had issues with bleaching.
