- JGJezka GuerraDec 26, 20251.0I brought my daughter to get a haircut and the lady that called us upfront when it was our turn asked me if I ever straightened her hair I said hardly but why I asked and she went to say that because of her curly hair it would be best to have her hair straightened prior to getting a cut in order for it to be more accurate so I said to her that I understand but that whenever in the past I’ve taken her to get one they have never made that comment and she was making her comment in a very rude way which made me and my daughter feel discriminated and I would say racist so I turned away and said thank you but I won’t get her haircut here and I’ll never again step foot in this place because of this

I was under the impression that she knew to leave the curls in the back and when she was finished she had cut the curls all off and the haircut was nothing like we talked about so im not very happy with Caitlin W. I thought i could take her word that we understood what was to be done but I guess I was wrong! I really wished I was listened to but it's clear she wasn't doing that!

I waited for 20 minutes for someone to take care of me while I was there. I was the first one in the list. Then every single person that was working at the moment started leaving to the back to avoid to cut my hair. What a shame! I am not coming back
