I have been a client of great clips for years.I traveled 40 minutes to have a haircut at this place. When I arrived someone checked me in. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to take care of me while I was there. I was the first one in the list. Then every single person that was working at the moment started leaving to the back to avoid to cut my hair. What a shame! I am not coming back

I dont normally do reviews. This is more of a public safety message. The woman who started cutting my hair became deeply unpleasant after a few minutes. She grew increasingly agitated but I figured I'd get it over with. She asked me questions about the cut like do I like the fade. I asked if she could make it a bit higher and she says she'd been doing these for years. Nobody said she hadn't. She ended up snapping the apron off me very close to my face spraying my hair all over myself and storming out. The woman who finished it was very kind. They comped the haircut but it definitely wasn't worth it. Maybe she was just having a bad day. It happens. But if not, I'd recommend you don't let mentally unstable people hold sharp implements to people's heads. Don't recall her name, but beware the tall black lady.

We’ve never had a bad experience here. Quick check in process and good value for the price. Caitlyn did a great job with both of my boys. She was patient with the wiggly one as well as my father. 100% recommend her and this location.

I have been using Great Clips since they opened at their current location. However, on a previous occasion I got a haircut at Great Clips, a young African American woman cut my hair and it was the very worst haircut I have ever had in more than 40 years. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the young lady's effort in providing me with a neat and quality haircut. She advised me it would grow out and that she had done all she could do. I still tipped her a small tip, paid for the cut and left. Today when I came back and got signed in, the same young lady approached me and asked if I was ready for my haircut. I kindly asked if their was someone else who could cut my hair and she asked who I wanted to cut it. I dont know any of the stylest by name so I replied to her just someone else. She obviously took that as me being racist towards her and told every stylest (who even whispered to their clients what they perceived was going on) in the place to not cut my hair. I sat there patiently waiting as several walk ins came in, got a cut and left. Finally another man approached the person who was with me outside and told her that no one in there was going to cut my hair because I had offended the young lady by my obvious racism. I was shocked. She presumed I didnt want her to cut my hair because of her race! She never asked me why I didnt want her to cut my hair or if there was a specific reason why I didnt want her to cut it. She simply made an assumption and spread that assumption to all other stylest, and obviously clients as well. Finally after 6 or 7 stylest left the area to the back of the store, each one started pointing and staring at me giving my daughter and I very hateful looks. The few stylest that were still working on other customers could be seen whispering in the ear of their clients telling them that no one was going to cut my hair since I was obviously a racist. I am offended now. Ive let my girlfriend, daughter and mother cut my hair in the past and told each one that they would never cut my hair again due to the results. They never assumed I had a personal problem with them. They didnt spread ugly rumors about me. They didnt campaign to have all local stylest to boycott cutting my hair. I feel like I was treated very unfairly and completely unprofessional. I was made to feel like I was unwelcome to have my hair cut there. I will definitely find another place to cut my hair in the future. I have never been racist, sexist or shown any type of intolerance towards anyone regardless of their race, sex, gender, age or anything else. Yet I was made to feel like I was scum of the earth because I didnt want to have to pay for another horrible haircut. I guess we are no longer allowed to choose who provides services to us, even when weve had a bad experiance.
Thank You.
