- DRDebra Reach2 days ago1.0I went and waited although I had scheduled appointment. Prices increased dramatically for a simple shop. When I explained how I wanted my hair cut... The girl was listening to another group. Then she proceeded to tell me I had lice and she couldn't cut me. I went directly to my doctor and they looked closely with enhanced light and mirror. I was totally embarrassed because shop was full. I KNEW my head didn't itch and had been in no contact with anyone. After having confirmed by doctor and another hairdresser I went back just to let manager know she should keep eye on embarrassing clients. Manager is never there. I have used them for 2 years. My son longer. But the lady in charge actually took a second person who walked in and left me to girl who had made me feel dirty. Poor poor professionalism. Actually decent trims but that is most you get. So with their charges now I will pay extra to get the proper treatment and attention.

I waited for about 40 mins then I get with a lady who has short curly hair and glasses she didn't even tell me her name ...and i told her I wanted my hair about 2 inches down past my shoulders and now it's not even touching my shoulders keep in mind my hair was midway down my back so it was longer. I told her I wanted it layered and I wanted my bangs cut .. from the time she parted my hair I was wondering what she was doing then I see my length and how much she had cut off and I had to fight tears back bc I definitely did not tell her to cut my hair off like she did . I had told her to cut my bangs but she didn't cut them thank God and I didn't mention anything else about them....Do not go here to this lady I don't know her name but she is very distinct. . She was more worried about her food and who was calling her phone than listening to what her customers say they want. I waited 40 mins to have a horrible haircut.

And she already counted to draw down lock the door behind me. I will be calling corporate Monday she will be fired
