- CDChristy DellariaJan 2, 20263.0Store manager is rude! Literally needs to go through some training. She was trying to tell me they couldn’t process a gift card for online orders when I literally had it done a week prior. She kept insisting that it was not their policy. I kept asking “then how come it was a week ago?” I eventually found another manager “Brooke” who did it for me last week. She had no problems at all! Easy breezy done in minutes. Maybe Brooke should train the Store Manager on how to do things. Also want to add that when I came in, I made eye contact with the store manager asking her about something and she kept walking away. Urrrggg. Very rude. Thank you Brooke for your help. You are a sweetheart!
