  Stephanie is AMAZING! and I can confidently say she is exceptional at what she does. She is incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and always prioritizes patient safety and comfort. Her attention to detail and ability to explain procedures in a clear, reassuring way truly sets her apart. The results consistently reflect her skill and expertise.   Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I called with a few simple questions and the person I spoke with over the phone was unable to answer any of them. She seemed to have very little knowledge about the services and could only provide pricing, which was frustrating since I was looking for basic information before booking. I also asked to speak with Jess, who I believed was the owner, and was told she is no longer there, which was confusing and not communicated clearly. Overall, the lack of knowledge and clarity made me uncomfortable moving forward. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  I had an excellent experience at Jolie Aesthetics. From the moment I walked in, the environment was clean, welcoming, and very calming, which immediately put me at ease. The level of professionalism was outstanding; everything was explained thoroughly, and Stephanie, NP ensured that I felt completely confident in the treatment I was receiving. I followed Stephanie from another business and the quality of care has never changed. What truly stood out to me was the kindness of the personnel. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about my comfort and results. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for high-quality aesthetic treatments in the area.   Jolie is clean, open and welcoming the minute you step through the door! In the few months since I've first frequented, I've benefited from the expertise of Stephanie, NP and Aesthetician Lex multiple times! Stephanie provides me an amazing "chair-side" experience when it comes to botox. I feel confident in her skill and knowledge and know she wont have me looking like Spock. The facial Lex provided was wonderful! The set up, music, equipment, linen, and overall experience ensured I've found my go to MedSpa.
