I was notified I was first on the list on the app and arrived at the same time another person walked in just before me. They were told it would take about 20 minutes to be called after they were placed on the list. I checked in and told them my name (seeing my name on screen as 1st as well) and they said I would be called shortly. Once a stylist was available, I was skipped and the person who arrived just before me was called. Another stylist asked her why she skipped me but she had no explanation. The service was very unsatisfactory. If the check in list is not enforced, why have it at all. For anyone who goes to this location, keep in mind you may not be scheduled based your ranking in the list even if it is 1st.
