She took her time, checked in with me throughout the cut, and made sure everything looked exactly right before I left. It’s clear she cares about her work and her customers. - PSP SloanFeb 7, 20261.0The first picture, I attached, is the picture I take into this place every single time I get a haircut here. This is usually how they cut my hair or pretty close to it. However, this week you can clearly see the haircut I was given was no where close to the haircut I requested. I do not have words to explain my anger. I've never had a hair cut above my shoulders, and I do not like bangs or half a set of bangs on one side. When I saw how much she had cut off, I just wanted to get out of her chair. She was very sweet and kind, but she has no idea how to cut hair. After I left, I called the store to speak to the manager. Of course no manager was there that day. The next day I returned and asked for the manager. A very nice lady said, I don't know if the person here is the manager but I'll go get her. When that lady came out I asked if she was the manager and explained my situation. She never told me that she was or was not the manager. She just told me she'd tried to fix my hair. Her first plan was to give me bangs. She wanted to cut the rest of the front of my hair to even it out from what the other woman had done to me the day before. I had to say, "I don't want bangs! The picture I brought in here does not have bangs!" I had to ask another woman working there to "please help me"! To "please help find a way to fix what has been done to me!" She was such a kind woman, and she said she normally works at the arsenal. She did her best to fix what the other woman had done to me, but this haircut is the absolute worst haircut I've ever had in my entire life. I was not refunded my money. I don't even want to leave my house with this haircut. Great Clips should be ashamed of themselves for hiring people who literally can not cut hair. Beware and stay away!

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
