A couple of weekends ago I took my grandson in to get his haircut when waiting for his haircut the long blonde headed girl proceeded to grip complaining about the manager, Brandy and how she did not follow through with what she promised to do. Then when she called my grandson‘s name and I told her what cut we wanted she got rudely abrupt and said is that not the same haircut that he has now not giving me time to add what he wanted to do to it and the sides needed to be shorter so I just grabbed my grandson‘s arm told him to come on, she approached to reach for me, and I just turned around and looked at her. There is no reason to be that upset at the workplace that you are and if you are you need to keep your thoughts to yourself as far as with my grandson she should just smiled and asked is there anything else that you would like me to add to this haircut whether or not it was the same haircut or not you’re still getting paid the same price. So we left and went to sports clips and was very happy with the stylists that we got there.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
