I knew from the time Brooklyn started cutting my hair that she wasn’t doing it the correct way! I have very thick and long hair. I sat down took my clip out and she cut it just as it was she didn’t part it or anything! I even told her when she had me look at it when she was done that I didn’t feel like it was cut evenly! And she still proceeded to ask me if it felt better. Of course getting my hair cut felt better, But I didn’t pay $20 to walk out with my hair being halfway cut! I was so over repeating myself about it that I just left! Me & my family go here a lot and we have never had an issue until now!!
