- EEEthanMar 30, 20261.0Just left after spending an hour waiting for my bfs haircut. Whoever the younger girl is with the brown/ginger ends and tattoos is genuinely horrible at her job(Nicole). She asks him where do u want the skin to show,”mid way” and proceeds to almost leave him bald. Halfway through she teases him saying”all done!” And the black lady next to her (also another stylist) said “no you aren’t” this girl continues to tease my bf “I know! I just wanted to see if he would say anything.” GURL what?? Stop being so unprofessional as you keep cutting way more than you needed to. It was to the point the other stylist had to step in and “fix” the horrid cut the girl left him with. This was 3/3/26 around 1pm so whoever that girl is , management needs to sit down and talk to her.

I wanted it cut a little longer than finger length by the time I left I was bald. The lady told me it’ll grow back and charge me $20 I will make sure to tell all of my friends not to The patron of this establishment any longer, nor will I or any of my family / ….. next day after my hair is watched, I have a little Hair popping up all over my hair, a little short pieces of hair I have a hard part cut In my hair, but my hair doesn’t fart. There’s just a line cut it in my hair so now I am taking proper legal actions. I did not give them people permission to save all my hair off so I am now seeking legal action.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
