- JOJudy OsmerAug 10, 20252.0Walked in to a very somber atmosphere..only three people ahead of me..I was asked if I'd check-in..the first lady(first booth on left) put in my info and ask me to have a seat..when the next stylist finished her client and called up the next client..some how the next person actually got skipped because of an error in another stylist login (this was brought to their attention my his person with him)..but when the 3rd client before me was ready for his cut..the first stylist(on left) ask if they were giving him to her..so the 2nd stylist took me..She did tell her..whatever you want..THERE WAS DEFINITELY A TIFF BETWEEN THESE TWO.... Seemed like everything was OK..I got called up by 2nd stylist on left..She made it clear to me there was nothing in my file saying what I wanted..I told her just an inch trim..and the right side was a little longer than the left(from earlier cut, not by this place)..she confirmed that it was longer...but ask me three times what I wanted...I ONLY WANTED THE ENDS TRIMMED..NO LAYERS..(I did ask for thinning..she did a wonderful job at that)..BUT, I was only in her chair a max of 10 minutes(hair was already damp)..she never touched my hair with a comb or brush..just finger shakes..and when I get home to style it... my hair is now noticeably shorter now on the right than left..and not a straight bob..at an angle..She only eye viewed the length....left side was straight..She walked away when she was finished to check me out..and I had to ask if I could use a brush or comb to comb it to put a head band on..I DIDNT HAVE IT BLOWN DRY..due to a charge of an extra $24..and I gave her a good tip..Im getting it evened up today..DEFINATELY NOT HERE..
