- EFElizabeth FergusonOct 4, 20161.0I have attempted to get my eyebrows waxed at this location 2 times, once for my engagement session and once for my wedding. Both times, the lady was extremely rude and made it clear that she had no interest in my business. The first time, I came in and she was standing around looking at a magazine, when I asked about getting my eyebrows done, she huffed and said "oh we closed awhile ago." The second time, I went in and waited until she finished with the client currently there. After the lady paid, she continued to talk to her about getting makeup tattooed. After several minutes, the first lady left and another one was there. They immediately began chatting - she was not there to have anything done, just to say hello. After I had been waiting for about 15 minutes, one of the other ladies (not the one working the counter) asked if I needed help - a first for my visit. I said I would like to get my eyebrows waxed, and the lady working the counter informed me that she had an appointment in 5 minutes and didn't even offer to book me an appointment. She looked delighted to hear that I would be leaving so that she could return to socializing with her friends. That is the last time I will try to get my eyebrows done at this location. Unbelievable that a paying customer would be treated this rudely two separate times.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY BENEFIT BROW SERVICE?
Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Appointments are recommended, but we do accept walk-ins.
