You are also given the option to pay with a card on file or pay when you arrive. I chose to pay when she arrived, as she was paying with her own money, not mine. The store associate told her there’s no reason to do that and gave her attitude because they would rather have been talking on the phone like they were when she walked in. Ridiculous. We’ll just go to the other SalonCentric that’s within two miles, like we always have.

I accidentally walked in one day, and the lady working that day was pretty rough. I felt like she wanted to literally throw me out or shove me out the door. Be wary of this place!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
What is the return policy at SalonCentric?
Store purchases can be returned with a valid receipt. Online orders of $150 or less can be returned to the store within 90 days. Electrical items and shears can be returned or exchanged within 60 days with original receipt. Refunds are issued as SalonCentric gift cards.
