Finally decided I couldn’t really go wrong here but since they offered the services on natural hair to give it a try. Worst mistake ever. Not only was my hair unevenly “trimmed”/cut, but the “silk press” experience was not what I expected from any master stylist. My feelings were so hurt I immediately called my mom to express my disappointment. She had no words. Total disaster. Perhaps natural hair services should not be performed here if the products used and stylist are not equipped to do them. On top of that the lady said she didn’t even have an appointment at the time I was scheduled. I did make the appointment online however this is a disgrace.
