- HHHarris HomeDec 23, 20253.0I’m so disappointed…I have gone here for several years and both ladies I used are no longer there. I used someone else that I have seen in there for years. From the time I sat in the (first) chair (on the left), til I left I was scolded about how dry and terrible my hair was. She said it was like cutting pine straw,“see look” she said. I came in for a trim (to trim the dead ends off) and I came out with the worst haircut I have ever had. I hav cried for 2 days. She scared me from ever using a hair straightener ever again but I had to try something to see if I could make my hair look ok. Even straight, it is soooo choppy and horrible. It’s so short and so many layers. It was long with a long layer. I asked for a long layer, to follow the lines it was already…I now have a layer above my chin, below my chin (around my head, not just my face) and then a long layer. I don’t know how anyone can fix this…it’s way too short and choppy. And then leaving, I gave the lady a tip…she took it and counted it in front of my face. Previously, I have even referred friends that spent good money on cuts there. I cannot go again. I got bit this time. So sad and in tears!!

Same location I came in with tangled hair the lady helped me with kindness just 3hrs ago. Went in today and Ms.Karen told me because she can’t detangle my hair she won’t be able to wash it unless I detailed my self. I felt very unwanted because I do have textured hair. It might not be a race issue but I felt very helpless. As a mixed racial hair texture finding people who can truly work on it have been a difficult thing these past couple years and today I know it was not her fault I felt as if she didn’t want to help me at all because it take too much time….
- BMBrittain MitchellNov 20, 20255.0I believe her name was Allison that I had, her name did start with an "A" but I can't necessarily remember exactly what it was but, she was really kind, I think I told her about 5000 different stories in the 10 minutes I was there so, I know I was yakking a whole bunch but, she was really sweet very personable fun to talk to and she was really really amazing so, I highly recommend going to see her she's the blonde haired good-looking chick.... Lol I went in there today and got a haircut, but I may go back tomorrow and get a trim just so I can see her again hahaha She was really good very personable and Great clips is doing a great job by hiring her and keeping her because she was really sweet Thanks again for a great haircut!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
