- OOOzzie OsbornMar 22, 20261.0I had Mike cut my hair. He is an aggressive and rough hair cutter. Mike’s attitude has a low score. I got a number 2 all around which was done in less than 12 minutes. My wife noted that he left hair on my ears and neck uncut. The cut hair was not blown off of my head and shoulders. I left a 23% tip.

- BBBruceFeb 5, 20261.0Got a haircut yesterday. Don’t know how they screwed it up. I told her how to cut it, then explained the method that worked the last time I got my haircut at a different shop. As always, you could see her get offended like I was insulting her explaining how it was done and how I liked it. At the end, it was extremely wrong. Not even close to what I asked for. How did a low fade turn into a high fade? The entire side of my head is now shaved. I’m probably going to shave off my hair myself because now it’s not gonna grow together properly and have to start fresh. Thanks for the botched haircut. Come at your own risk.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
