At that point I said I'm here for an appointment she asked with who I said you i believe you she then said can't be me...i asked is there a problem.. Long story short she told me the price online wasn't right because they didn't know what goes on in the salon once doing i asked is there a problem she kept saying nio but never initiated the appointment...I said no problem and left... Will never go back
