I asked to smell a tester of a fragrance that I was gonna buy she said yesterday "you people" came in and sprayed a lot of one of the display bottles. When I asked who you people were she got upset. She hit the counter with my fragrance and said "If you want to smell it that bad open yours and smell it" I then asked her her name 3 times she refused and asked y I needed it. I told her to report her to corporate she then gave it to me and asked me to leave the store. I reported it to corporate a week ago and Im still waiting on a response. I recorded the situation and if they don't respond to me with their policies Im gonna post the TikTok.
