Even if you've been waiting 30 minutes and this person hasn't been in the door for 30 seconds. Most ridiculous thing ever.

- CSCyndi ScatesMar 7, 20261.0BUTCHERED my dry hair straight out of a ponytail. I asked to be washed before she refused and said she'd just use the spray bottle. I just wanted long to medium layers and cute side bangs. My hair was already so long and slightly layered so not much of a cut difference. More a shape up. My hair was so uneven and ugly even MEN were able to find the damage and how messed up it was. I've emailed. I have called. Left messages. No response. I have gone to a new stylist and the best she could do to fix the absolute mess was just try to even it out as much as possible. But until it grows out and can be properly cut and shaped I have to wear it up with the bangs pinned back or wear it curly because that's the only way to keep it from being as noticeable. Forgot her name. But platinum blonde short hair with and undercut. Don't go here ladies.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
