The week I called to set up the appointment for the following week Mr. John was on vacation. Mrs. Chris went above and beyond to make sure it happened. She took my name and number so she could get in touch with Mr. John to see what his schedule was for the day that we needed the appointment (keep in mind that he was on vacation) and would call me back to tell me that they could get both of us first thing that morning. They made it happen for us even with us being first time customers. Needless to say if you are looking for a go to salon that treats you like family in Florence, Head over Heels is the place to be!!!! We will be driving from Cullman regularly to get hair and nails done!!!
