- JCJennifer CannonMar 24, 20261.0I went there today to get a hair trim with a style. I said do not take a lot off because my hair was long but I was still trying to grow it out. I want to cry now because it is all messed up. Its not even, she took off at least 2 to 3 inches. Its nothing like I wanted. I can't even put it up like I still should have been able too. Now I have to go somewhere else pay more money to get it fixed and its probably going to be even shorter. I wish I could remember the ladies name but I can tell you she is older, her spot was close to the back of the store, and I want to say reddish brown or red hair. The picture with the dark hair is what i asked for and then you see what I got. Plus way shorter than it was supposed to be

- JMJ MFeb 24, 20264.0Overall a good place to get your haircut. All of the stylists are very friendly. The only downside is like any walk in you never know who you're going to have cut your hair. I've been 3 times and had 2 different stylists. One great cut by 1 stylist, one ok and one terrible by the other. I have a shoulder length bob with eyebrow bangs, nothing difficult to cut. Right now after the terrible cut my hair is chin length hacked from dull scissors and my bangs are well above my eyebrows. If you have a stylist there that you're happy with the cut it's worth waiting for them instead of taking a chance.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
