- KCKaylin ClevelandJun 15, 20251.0I am begging you guys, Please train all of your new and old staff better, they are always akwars and don’t know pricing and I got charged for my samples, She literally went and found a barcode in another computer bc she couldn’t ring it up/scan it! So frustrating to never get the sales bc the staff “doesn’t know how to do the discount” I couldn’t even use my 40% off coupon I received bc she couldn’t figure out how to apply it to my purchase and it eventually just expired bc they are all new and no one could ever figure it out.
