I walked out on my last visit because I checked in online and it told me 15 minutes. When I arrived the person at the counter told me 45. They put people in front of us and didn’t even have my 2 children listed together. 45 minute wait for 1 and an hour for the other one. Why even use the check-in online option. Won’t go back.
