- TPThompson PayneMar 16, 20265.0After reading many negative reviews, I still gave this place a chance. I am very happy to inform everyone that I was greeted with a very warm welcome and smiles. I told them I was a first time customer and they happily helped me through every step. My stylist was Tracy and she done an amazing job. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she did just that. She was very welcoming and quick. I was able to walk-in, meet my stylist, get my hair cut, and check out in under 13 minutes. All together, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning for many more hair cuts.

- MCMariah CarpenterFeb 14, 20261.0walked in and went to the counter to check in just to find out after sitting for awhile that i was not properly checked in, no big deal went to get checked in again. it was for my son haircut. the lady seemed dry with a slight attitude. i informed he might not sit in the booster as i always have him in my lap and it works better, she stated to try it. as she was combing his hair he was stopping her, she just said “he won’t let me” and told me to get him and turned around walking off. no other solutions provided. it’s like she didn’t even want to cut his hair to begin with. didn’t see if someone else would cut it OR me putting him on my lap as i suggested at the beginning he wouldn’t sit int he booster. customer service sucks and need to become a standard again. at least give an alternative before just dismissing paying customers. i would go elsewhere with better customer service.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
