- MCMariah CarpenterFeb 14, 20261.0walked in and went to the counter to check in just to find out after sitting for awhile that i was not properly checked in, no big deal went to get checked in again. it was for my son haircut. the lady seemed dry with a slight attitude. i informed he might not sit in the booster as i always have him in my lap and it works better, she stated to try it. as she was combing his hair he was stopping her, she just said “he won’t let me” and told me to get him and turned around walking off. no other solutions provided. it’s like she didn’t even want to cut his hair to begin with. didn’t see if someone else would cut it OR me putting him on my lap as i suggested at the beginning he wouldn’t sit int he booster. customer service sucks and need to become a standard again. at least give an alternative before just dismissing paying customers. i would go elsewhere with better customer service.

The employees were really nice, although I'm the only the second guy in here and they've already taken the other guy and there's two other ones just sitting there so I don't know if they're on break but I'm actually on a time crunch and so I hate to see two people sitting there, but I don't know the situation so I don't know if they're on break or whatever, I don't know the situation but I do know that I'm on a time crunch.. I mean there may be some people that have a online check in that would go before me so... But everyone was really nice and kind and I got a $9.99 haircut so I can't really complain.
