Shampoos are only 10-15 minutes. I have usually go every 2 week there. The problem is you took to 3 additional clients after (men). I’ve seen the hair cuts take longer than my services several time. I don’t know the stylist but she ruined my experience for them. Considering that I brag and have referred 5-7 people in addition to my family of 5. Oh and I give the tip equal to my service on each head. NEVER again. If you were too tired to shampoo then maybe stay home. Every one’s schedule won’t allow them to arrive over 30 minutes for a 15 minute service. Passed PISSED is what I am
