No one was in that section the 30 minutes I was looking around, they were out of everything and the selection was minimal. Frankly I didn’t see the point in having it in there. There was some older stuff from the holidays that was still full price which cosmetics do have expiration dates. I like Kohl’s as a store but this was a disaster!
