  Very nice shopping experience. I was there Thursday night looking for Carolina Herrera's Good Girl perfume. I purchase a small spray bottle. I tried it at home and was kinda disappointed. It smells like any typical perfume that has set somewhere in the heat for a while and gone bad. I had a tiny vial of it that I won at work some years ago and that made me want it again bcuz the vial was bright fresh floral and not too strong. But this tiny spray bottle is hitting the wrong floral notes for me. EDIT: The store is beautiful and full of many wonderful items. The sales ladies were SO NICE and super sweet and those vibes made me wanna stay longer. That was everything for me 💗 We need more Sephoras in Alabama.

  Wide range of makeup, skin and hair treatments and fragrance. Always a bit chaotic and crowded. Because of this it can be difficult to get assistance during peak hours, but when you do, staff are helpful and seem knowledgeable.

  My favorite store. Employees are friendly and very attentive. They sometimes merchandise is out of stock because it's such a high customer volume store but other than that. I love shopping here.

  I usually avoid this place because of how busy it normally is. But on Wednesday I stopped by to pick up something I knew was in stock there. Shockingly the store was not busy so I approached a store employee who I assume is probably a manager due to her attitude and tone. When I approached her she was just standing there talking to another employee and instead of acknowledging my need she was more concerned as to why I didn’t ask the employee who was near that section. She then rudely walked me there and pointed to the employee so that she would help me. Instead of her just getting what I needed, it seemed like she was on a power trip. Which is odd because I was very kind and respectful. Anyway, I don’t know her name and this is not the first time I have noticed her attitude. But she’s African American/ shortish and has light eyes. If this is how she treats customers I can’t imagine how she treats her employees SMH
