  The staff at Rowan at the Summit are absolutely FANTASTIC!! My 17 and 20 year old daughters have gotten a total of 7 piercings done there and every time is a flawless experience with the best healing process ever! We’ve had piercings done at other places and always had issues with healing. The ladies that were there tonight on 4/3/26 were so friendly and easy to talk to and gave great advice in choosing the perfect type of piercing and jewelry. Hands down our favorite place!!

  My daughter is autistic and they were so patient with her!! They did needle piercing on her. It was quick and smooth. We watched them open every sterile item which made me feel better as a mom. I can honestly say it was worth the money. It’s pricey, but it’s soooo worth it! Cant wait to go again for my other kids to get extra piercings!

  Both of my kids got their ears pierced today @Rowan The Summit in Birmingham! Shelby did both of their piercings and was PHENOMENAL!! I can't thank her enough for making this such a positive and amazing experience for both of my littles!! She fully explained everything, calmed their nerves, and before my children even realized it, they were already pierced! Shelby, thank you again for being so sweet, patient, and wonderful today! You are truly INCREDIBLE!

  Went in to talk to them about getting a second piercing for my girls. We were not greeted or welcomed into the store. There were two customers so we waited. One customer left and the employee looked at us and walked to the back. So we left. My kids were so disappointed. And I was pretty shocked at the lack of any customer service.

  Will not be back. Brought my 6 year old who was very nervous, the worker was not warm or friendly at all. After she had opened the earrings she told me that I would still have to pay for them because she could not do the piercing because my daughter was upset and saying she didn’t want to and worker wouldn’t do it because it’s a voluntary service. I tried to calm my daughter down so we could try again and the worked said she wouldn’t try it again because my daughter was “too worked up” do better with young kids who are nervous and be clear about what’s expected for consent and what still has to be paid for.
