  I love Sephora so much so I was really disappointed with the one in Kohl’s. No one was in that section the 30 minutes I was looking around, they were out of everything and the selection was minimal. Frankly I didn’t see the point in having it in there. There was some older stuff from the holidays that was still full price which cosmetics do have expiration dates. I like Kohl’s as a store but this was a disaster!

  I went into Sephora inside of Khols Trusville where I met Chasity earlier this week. Even though the lights in the store kept going out she helped me answered all my questions without hesitation. Chasity listened to my needs attentively & matched my skin correctly. What concerns me is I couldn't purchase from her because the store is very limited in what they carry (Nars). I really needed Nars soft matte which you all don't have in the store. I didn't like that there was not any chairs for me/customers to sit while she helped match skin. In conclusion Chasity is a gem I loved her makeup and everything about her customer service was absolutely EPIC, however, she can't sale to her full potential without a more wider selection of products and chairs to accommodate the customers. I really didn't want to drive to 280 when this location is so vlose to my home. I hope this helps with someone's makeup needs. Best regards Verlencia

  Staff was extremely helpful & professional yet friendly. My daughter & I enjoyed trying a few testers before purchasing. They have a ton of product testers!
