- JPJ P1 day ago1.0They are ALWAYS out of esthetician supplies. I don’t even understand why they still have a section at this location. It’s really getting ridiculous. And it’s one employee in there who has AWFUL customer service she is heavy set with dark hair I tried to get an understanding about why they don’t ever have anything like how do they order and she said “well” that word alone wa the wrong word she is always nasty never helpful literally told me she doesn’t know I said every time I come here and ask you something you don’t ever know she said it’s not standard to know about stuff in there smh even if you don’t know as a customer service associate you should have had better response than that. There is always an excuse why they don’t have anything. And it’s mostly oh we just had a sale or oh well we don’t control the orders corporate does and they don’t ever send us what we need, like really how does that work in a store that clearly needs a lot. This was always my go to place when I am waiting on an order or ran out of something. But this Trussville location needs new management and better training.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
