I go in for a simple pixie cut to absolutely no hair on the back of my head and the lady just kept cutting I even asked her did she even know what a pixie cut was and she giggled and said yeah I finally had to tell her just to stop cutting my hair I was done . I wanted to speak to a manager and of course there isn't one to talk to never will I ever go back and the lady was talking how she wanted to open her own salon .
