  I came in this morning to get my son a quick haircut before his grandmother's funeral this evening. I was checking him in at the desk while my son ran to the bathroom really quickly. The stylist named something like Allaria asked if she could take the man behind us since my son was in the bathroom. I told her we were short on time so I would rather not wait and I would get my son right away. He was in the bathroom for less than 2 minutes and she took someone else as he was walking from the bathroom to her chair. If she was going to take someone before us anyway she shouldn't have asked me if I minded. We ended up with a very good and nice stylist that wasn't her. She finished up the older gentleman she took in our place and proceeded to spend the rest of the time we were there playing on her phone. We were already having a rough day and she could have waited 30 seconds for my son to get to the chair and made it a little less stressful but she decided not to. I won't be back.

  Terrible! First time me and my husband with our kids for a temp fade one lady did really well but next time we went another lady didn’t have experience it’s like some have more experience then others but this lady DID NOT know what she was doing! She cut all my son’s hair off and lined it up I was very upset I decided for some reason to go back only for another lady to push my son’s hairline back! Will not be back.

  I've had short hair for 32 years and for the most part, cut it myself, so I haven't had a trusted stylist in years. Everytime I've tried to grow it out, it always seemed the various stylists I went to didn't care and bc they never did what I asked, I'd just cut it back off. So, in my latest attempt to grow it out, I've only had 3 haircuts over the past 14 months. I walked into Great Clips this morning and was immediately greeted by Tee. I had read great reviews about her so I was happy she was the one available. I told her about my hair journey and the style I was wanting. I immediately trusted her to make whatever decision she, as the professional, thought should be made. She understood, and supported, my hair goals and was able to give me the style I wanted while not cutting off too much and ruining all of my hard work of the past year. She made me feel as if she'd known me forever and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, feeling like a new woman. I live in Selma, but go to Alabaster once a month. She will become my new "go to" since she truly seemed to care about me as a person and wanted to help me achieve my hair goals.

  Was a walk in customer and had been here before. The previous times I had a great visit. This time as I had been patiently waiting and was checking in another lady blurts out to the one checking me in.We are only doing straight cuts. No shampoo or styling. The lady had looked at me when I came in as if I had irrated her by bring her business. No hello, no welcome. I always tip well and always get the shampoo and style with my cut. They close at 6 and I was there at 3. No I'm sorry no nothing. So I will no longer be giving them my business. They normally have nice,friendly people but for whatever reason she felt she needed to be rude to a customer.
