My girl had an appointment at 2 to get a perm and we got there right at 2 and the lady didnt even come and address us until 2:30-2:45. After that, we were left waiting while the lady and her crew were in the back eating and cutting up and they didnt notify us about how long it would be to wait she just kept saying I'll get to you in a minute. So finally, it's around 4 no one else has even come in the salon since 3, she takes 15 minutes to check in someone else then she comes over to us to get her started on her perm. It's now 6:30 and she is only half way done. I definitely do not recommend this place unless you have time to kill.
