It was my first and actually last massage here in Ketchikan. I always wait until I'm out of town now. I was surprised when I was contacted and asked to take my review down. I was promised a refund that to this day I have not received. Fast forward to today. I was looking for a hair colorist and was referred to a girl at the Day Spa by so many people I decided to give them another chance. I received a call today from the owner canceling my appointment that I've had for over a week now. The reason being the review they didn't like the first time. To say the least I am astounded. I personally would not trust the reviews you see here. And I certainly would not trust a place that pays people off to take down any review that isn't four or five stars and refuses service to customers just to keep their ratings up. How many more reviews like mine have there been? I know Ketchikan has limited offerings but this is ridiculous.
