  I made my appointment in a month in advance so there would me no problems sent them a pic of what i wanted an asked how much she said $245 made the appointment for after i got off the ferry get a tex saying for 10 am i called an said no its 1130 ill be on the ferry at 10 an said fo you want to reschedule how am i rescheduling an appointment I made a month in advance just so this problem wouldn't happen still happen can't even get what I wanted couldn't get the colors they tried to charge me 375 very disappointed they charged me way too much

  A year ago I received a pretty poor massage from this place and left a review I felt described my experience honestly. It was my first and actually last massage here in Ketchikan. I always wait until I'm out of town now. I was surprised when I was contacted and asked to take my review down. I was promised a refund that to this day I have not received. Fast forward to today. I was looking for a hair colorist and was referred to a girl at the Day Spa by so many people I decided to give them another chance. I received a call today from the owner canceling my appointment that I've had for over a week now. The reason being the review they didn't like the first time. To say the least I am astounded. I personally would not trust the reviews you see here. And I certainly would not trust a place that pays people off to take down any review that isn't four or five stars and refuses service to customers just to keep their ratings up. How many more reviews like mine have there been? I know Ketchikan has limited offerings but this is ridiculous.
