  My experience was very comforting. I went in nervous, not knowing what to expect and was treated with calm assurances that all my questions would be answered and they were. All my options were explained to me thoroughly so that I was able to make the best decision for my treatment.

  World-class med spa right here in Fairbanks! I've had nothing but the best results from the highly-trained professional staff at Borealis. Especially Becca B, the singularly gifted aesthetician who has turned anti-aging into an art form. I've visited med spas from NYC to LA, from Paris to Milan and Rome. Now that I've found Borealis Med Spa I won't be going elsewhere, and no professional but Becca B will be providing treatments for me.

  Borealis Med Spa has truly changed my life. As a mom of three and a small business owner, I lost a piece of myself in the busy, beautiful chaos of life up here in North Pole. Coming from California, I used to take so much pride in how I looked—and somewhere along the way, that feeling faded. Finding Borealis was like finding myself again. Kim, Becca, and Merissa are more than just providers—they genuinely understand, they listen, and they care. Every visit feels personal, supportive, and uplifting. The level of service and attention they give is unmatched, and the results speak for themselves. I’m so grateful to have found a place that helps me feel confident, refreshed, and like me again. Truly the best med spa in Alaska—hands down!!!! Highly recommend.

  Always have an amazing experience here at Borealis Medspa. The environment is friendly and clean. Becca is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions with great detail. Her performance on my lip filler was nothing but comfortability and professionalism. Thanks Becca!

  I had a decent experience but I missed the complimentary follow up appointment due to some scheduling issues and they charged me a cancelation fee…which is silly because it’s a complimentary follow up…When I called to explain they refused to have any leniency regarding this. I spoke with Hailey. It seems ridiculous given that I had already paid over $800 for the service in my initial appointment. I won’t be going back.
