I have easily spent thousands of dollars here throughout my life and I really have had no reason to go anywhere else. I like to take care of the stylists, so I'll tip whatever the price was, so doubling it up. Today, I went in for a haircut. I had a little product in my bangs (water-soluble) and I jokingly asked if they ran a little water to break it down and run a comb through my hair before cutting if she would charge me the full shampoo price, absolutely not expecting the answer she gave. I was stunned to hear the affirmative, followed up by: "We have to". This absolutely blows my mind. I do not know what type of background is needed to apply here or what type of policy this is: but If I were management, I'd take a good hard look at this policy of not being able to use water on someone's head. Maybe the individual working the 26th of February at 1:30 p.m. was just having a bag day, but she just cost you thousands in future services from my family and I. I'll be taking my business to the barber in town that charges $12 for a cut and will rinse my hair for approximately 15 seconds before cutting.

Wait time was long so I recommend getting a spot then heading to Fred Myers to do some shopping. They will text you when it’s about a 15 min wait.
