Wasn’t expecting to get anything for myself but needed a pick me up. Deziree (believe that’s her name) helped me find what i needed for my friend and color matched me for the first time. I’ve never really worn makeup and i explained i just want a simple natural look. She helped me with finding the right spf foundation, blush, blurring setting powder stuff, etc. she was wonderful! I’ve never felt comfortable in the makeup department but that was such a great experience. Been using my products almost daily and love it. Thanks girlie 🥰

Not to mention that they were extremely helpful and patient. Will likely go to this location for future assistance purely because of this interaction

When we tried to return, it was just outside of their 30 day return window. I wrote to RHODE asking for a return and they told me I had to get it from Sephora. Sephora is refusing. Shame on both RHODE and Sephora. A child essentially has an injury to her face and neither RHODE nor Sephora will simply return the items. So I guess if you have any type of sensitivity on your FACE, I would strongly advise against using these products as you could be injured and neither RHODE or Sephora will even refund the price you paid for the items. Just aweful.
