  I hadn’t gotten a trim or hair cut in over a three years, on top of that I had never had a deep conditioning done to my hair. Samantha was able to do all of these things, including a braid, and not only was she funny, beautiful, and gentle with my hair , she was also extremely knowledgeable and told me everything she was doing as she was doing it. I was fearful about any extra length to come off and she told me how much damaged and dead hair needed to be cut but that she was willing not to cut a lot. I ended up telling her to cut it all off, taking 4” off my DEAD hair. It was the right choice. But the fact she was willing to listen and give me an option, without pressuring me was wonderful. I took her advice and my hair feels extremely healthy and from this day on, I will be seeing her once a month to get my curly-girl hair care done by Samantha. She will be aiding me in my journey to get my curl pattern back after frying it for so many years. Thank you Samantha for the advice, care, time and love you put into your work. I feel like a new woman and I cannot wait until next time!

  I was so excited to get a trim of 2 inches but I walked out of the salon with 4 inches cut off my hair! Then I looked at my hair and I noticed one side is very chopped and doesn’t align or look like the other side. The service was good. She was very nice, but my hair looks awful. I do not recommend coming to the salon. I asked for an easy trim. I paid $70 for my hair to get ruined.

  I went here on my birthday and asked for a deep conditioning treatment and for my hair to be blow dried since it was very cold outside (in the single digits). When I was done and ready to pay, they charged me $75. Their computer was down so they had to look up prices in their black 3-ring binder and add them up manually. I asked if they were sure about the charges because I had just gotten a haircut with a blowout styles for considerably less at the very same salon just a month earlier. They said yes it was correct. I did not have the time to challenge their pricing and really didn’t feel like arguing right before my birthday dinner, so I paid it and left. However, I will not be returning and I will share my experience with friends and family who are looking for a place to get their hair done.

  Got my son's school haircut here and was satisfied. Second time we went there the lady we got was not experienced with boys hair. She nicked him twice, made him cry and by the end result it looked choppy but i was upset and wanted to get out of there. I walked out and said to the receptionist that i don't want that lady again because i didn't like her. The receptionist didn't even offer to have someone fix it. Not going back
