He just took off one side before I could even react, and then what could I do? I had to shave the other side to make it even. This made me angry inside. Also the clipper kept scraping my skin, which was painful and not safe. It was a very bad experience. Please be careful if you go here, and I suggest asking for a female barber instead.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
