- NBNathan BowenSep 29, 20253.0Overburdened and overworked due to the proximity of the military base. Generally, poor customer service with a feeling of being rushed the minute you step in the door. You’re literally greeted with, “Did you check in online.”Maybe it’s Great Clips’ use of a historical ticket system but requesting anything other than what’s on the ticket seems to be asking a lot. Even if you need a quick clean up I would advise others to go somewhere else. This is my sixth visit to this location over the course of a year and it seems customer service hasn’t improved much. Three stars for a clean store and a very basic cut.
