The ladies at the register are really sweet (i think her name was taylor if i’m not mistaken) she helped me out at the register. Super friendly and had a nice conversation with her. Definitely going to this store more often!!

Didn’t apologize and laughed/smirked with another worker when I tried to say something. Was excited there was a Sephora I didn’t have to go to west Edmonton for. Now I’d rather go there than here.

Ive gone there twice for a pick up order and couldn’t find a single employee to help me and had to stand in line to grab my order despite seeing staff stand around not making eye contact and obviously not working. Didnt think sephora could get any worse
