I had a wonderful experience with a beauty advisor mariam, such a lovely and welcoming girl. I originally came in for a gift card but was drawn to fragrance, she took her time with me and we sampled various fragrances she was genuine and kind with me transitioning my experience and ended up buying my new scent!! Such a good sales girl. I do have to mention I did feel I was hovered by from one of the managers definitely didn’t feel welcomed after that. Good advisors but terrible managers.

On two different visits, my points weren’t added to the right account even after I asked the cashier to confirm my information. When you’re spending a lot of money, you want your points to track properly. My latest purchase still isn’t showing up in my app at all. Really disappointed with the experience here.
