  I visited the store this past week with my two daughters who dropped close to $300.00. An older blonde women was helpful with my daughter. I was reading the sign where the makeovers are done reviewing the pricing - 30 min makeover, 60 min , 90 min. While I was reading the sign a very young female with blonde hair came over to me and in a very snooty snobby stuck up voice said “don’t touch anything! We could lose our licensing! Dont touch anything we could lose out licensing!” I was very taken a - back. I looked at her and advised her I never touched anything, i was so confused and embarrassed to say the least. She glared at me, mentioned losing their licensing again then another store rep asked her to go back on cash. She sighed, rolled her eyes and proceeded to the cash register. I have never had this negative of an experience at any sephora ever. Had the older blonde lady with shorter hair not been so helpful and kind to my daughter I would never go back. The employee who practically screamed at me might have been as young as 18.

  The manager with blonde hair was extremely disrespectful towards me and dismissive of my situation. They did not even attempt to look up the order or provide any real support. For a store that handles expensive beauty products, this lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking.

  Wonderful location! The staff are all very friendly and attentive. The store itself is well organized and clean. I’m so glad they opened a Sephora in St. Albert, I’ll definitely be stopping by again.

  Wow!!! Beautiful store. Miel, Bella, and Noah were just simply amazing! Miel did a perfume quiz with me to find my perfect scent, Noah helped me find a good skin tint with skincare infused in it, and bella helped me with finding a new skincare products! I can’t wait to come back!!

  Went to grand opening, and we had a girl named Macy help us we were her last client. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in the fragrances . I did not purchase (torn between 3 scents) and as It was close closing but will be back to purchase a perfume!!!. Thank you Macy for the laughs and helping this old girl!
