  I haven’t had an actual haircut in 10 years. loved the lady i saw. unfortunately, did not get her name. she had long black hair and gorgeous makeup. We did not talk at all, i prefer to be quiet. and she did just that. I asked her to cut quite a bit off due to dead ends. she disagreed (only because i have longer hair and she knew i wanted to keep my length) and i am honestly thankful for that. she cut just what was needed, even offered to cut more if i felt like it. the cut is great, she was fantastic. end of story thank you, to that sweet lady.

  I have had great haircuts from here, however I will no longer come to get my hair cut here. I’m not sure what the name of the hairdresser who did my hair was, however the two times she has cut my hair she hasn’t listened nor gave me a good haircut. The first time she cut my hair was two years ago. I came in to get two inches off my hair, I told her what I wanted and she asked me if this is where I wanted to cut my hair while pointing her scissors where she was going to cut. After I said yes, she moved her scissors two inches up and cut off more hair than I had requested and asked “this is good?”. In the moment I wish I had said something because she cut off double of what I wanted. The second time was just this week. I came in to get an inch off, and when I got home I realized that one side of my hair was shorter than the other, and the framing pieces were very jagged and didn’t blend in with my hair at all. I think the price for a haircut here is good, however my hair isn’t symmetrical at all and I’m very disappointed with the result. I think the other hairstylists are great, but the one should try to pay more attention to detail.

  I went to this salon about a month ago and left extremely unhappy. I had asked for bangs, but the stylist flat-out refused, saying I would "look bad with bangs." She didn't listen to what I wanted at all, and I left feeling frustrated and dismissed. Unfortunately, my sister just went recently and had the same kind of experience. She asked for a few inches off and even showed multiple photos of the style she wanted, but the stylist barely trimmed her hair. When my sister mentioned it wasn't the right length, the stylist told her she'd have to "start the haircut all over again" and refused to fix it. The rest of the appointment was spent gaslighting her and making her feel like it was her fault. Really, really poor customer service. Both visits were disappointing and unprofessional -- it's clear they don't respect or listen to their clients. We definitely won't be returning.
