  When I went to Sephora .. I let the staff know I had not been for awhile and need to browse .. When I was ready I went to a staff member., told her the “ look” I was after .. let her know I was not into doing much work ( I am a senior and I have never been very “ girly “ …told her about my lifestyle , even what I usually wore …. She was amazing… everything she helped me choose was just perfect… I decided to just take the plunge… and was happy with everything.. I need to go back as I am out of the fabulous “ glow .. not looking like foundation product” I love …. see you soon.

  I had a make up appointment with Rachelle S. She was amazing. She made me feel so pretty in my own skin, and I tell ya, my eyebrows have never looked so good in my life. I don’t know what she did but it was magic. I’m writing this review specifically on behalf of my appointment with her. Thank you Rachelle!

  Just like every other Sephora location you get different treatment if you walk in wearing a full face of makeup or not. At this specific location the employees were either constantly asking if I needed help finding something (which felt forced and in genuine) or completely ignored me. One employee was even applying makeup while I was trying to look at a section, she didn’t even acknowledge I was trying to look at the products 😂 There must have been 15+ employees today and only ONE was actually helpful, I wish I knew her name because she deserves some praise. The store itself is nice for a smaller location with a good variety of product lines.

  Rachelle was absolutely amazing! I’ve been on a long journey trying to find a true match in a lightweight foundation, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about all the brands they carry. Instead of pushing for a sale, she genuinely listened and understood how important it was for me to find the right shade. She actually suggested I take home testers first — something no one had recommended before, even after I’ve tried 15+ different foundations. That alone showed me she truly cares about the customer experience and not just making a sale. Her honesty, expertise, and customer-first approach made all the difference. I’m so grateful for her help and highly recommend seeing Rachelle if you’re looking for someone who genuinely wants you to leave confident and happy with your purchase.
