  Several interactions felt unfriendly and unwelcoming, and at the end when I went to do an exchange the male who im assuming was the manager I dealt with was particularly rude and dismissive. Rather than addressing concerns respectfully, his tone and behaviour made the situation uncomfortable and frustrating , he is rude anytime I’ve ever had an interaction with him. Customer service plays a big role in the overall experience, and it fell well below expectations.

  I’ll be honest, I’m out of my element here. Not a place I go, but my wife ordered Christmas presents from here. Once I deciphered the madness that is a cosmetic store with every beauty accessory, perfume, face mask, and more than my mind could comprehend its existence, the staff were phenomenal. Ladies, this is your store. I don’t understand it, but somehow they’ve got everything y’all need. Gentlemen, if you’ve gotta go here then prepare yourself. Judging from the bemused smiles of staff and patrons alike I’m pretty sure I looked as out of place as I felt. But hey, they’ve got whatever you’re looking for.

  The customer service at this location has always been poor. Many times I have been in the perfume section (near the tills), and nobody has approached me for help. If I have to walk around the store to find an associate for support, that doesn’t make me feel assured in their customer service. I have worked in retail myself, and I find the CS at this location very bare minimum. There were four associates chatting behind the till today, and nobody acknowledged me or asked if they could assist me with anything. In the off chance I do receive help, I feel like a burden or like I'm interrupting something. It’s very frustrating and concerning behaviour, as this isn’t a one-time experience.

  Last weekend I was here at this store in the morning. All the employees saw me entering none of them greeted me nor did they ask me if I need any help. They were standing next to me chit chatting amongst themselves and then a white lady walked in and three of them ran towards her. Very poor customer service. I don’t think such partiality should be done by Sephora employees. I am highly disappointed and extremely upset with the kind of behaviour all of them showed.
