  I wanted to give a shout out to two of the girls, who were super sweet and helpful today. Unfortunately I didn’t catch their names but one was a two faced and Clinique rep who swatched me for an even better foundation and the other was a sweet lady who greeted me right away and we spoke about clarins and Clinique and helped me with Merit beauty products. These ladies were not pushy, were sweet and good listeners and didn’t mind if I changed my mind.

  Went into Sephora just to browse but ended up finding my favourite lipstick. The staff were absolutely lovely and nice shes tall with short blonde hair im glad she help me and grab in the cabinet ( i forgot her name) i highly recommend her customer service was absolutely perfect ...

  I recently visited Sephora on 04th March cross iron location and had a very disappointing experience with one of your staff members, whose name I believe was Charlie (or something similar, was black lady ). She was extremely rude and dismissive during our interaction, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As a regular customer, I usually enjoy shopping at Sephora and appreciate the level of service your brand is known for. However, this particular experience did not reflect those standards at all. Instead of offering assistance or guidance, her tone and attitude were unprofessional and discouraging. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customer service should always remain respectful and helpful. I hope this feedback can be taken into consideration so that future customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  I recently purchased two of the Sephora collection eyeshadows, but one of them smashed in my makeup bag. I didn’t drop it and I travel a lot without incident, but the manager kept implying that I dropped it, and even though it was less than 30 days from purchase, I couldn’t do an exchange. Both eyeshadows are very difficult to open, which I also explained, but she just encouraged me to buy more products instead of honouring my case. I made a special trip here, and I’m very disappointed with the products and the treatment that I received.
