  Rihanna was so kind and helpful she was amazing and helped me pick so many perfect products that suit me I get so many compliments on my makeup now and I would like to thank her for that because she took one look at me and knew what needed to be done to fix my makeup I thank her deeply.

  I just wanted to take the time to write about a wonderful employee, Zohaa. I visited a couple of weeks ago looking for skincare, as I struggle with extremely dry skin during the winter. She took the time to truly understand my needs, she asked thoughtful questions about my skin type and put in so much effort to make sure her recommendations were right for me. She suggested Tatcha products along with a full skincare routine, and I have been so happy with the results. My skin has been looking and feeling amazing. Zohaa is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and understanding, which made the entire experience so enjoyable. I truly appreciate her help and hope to see her again on my next visit.

  I had such a great experience with zoha at Sephora. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I came in for a new foundation and I had no idea where to start, that’s when zohaa approached me and gave some recommendations for my dry skin type. I am so incredibly pleased with my purchase and the service I received.

  Sephora has a habit of trying to convince you returns will only give you store credit, this has happened to me on multiple occasions but eventually someone will come give the refund - but only if you question it. Literally 2 seconds before i entered the store I had the return policy open on my phone so it feels like i'm being gaslit! When the girl was trying to process my return she said I had no record of the purchase on my account, even tho I had it open in the app 🤨. I did end up getting a refund but felt kinda sketched out if it was actually processed and the girl didn’t give me the receipt until i asked. Also it’s hard to shop when all the employees are lined up in front of all the perfumes and blocking the whole section. (The whole reason why i went is because i wanted to exchange a perfume) Yet even though they were all standing there nobody offered help. I always have bad experiences at Sephora which is sad and going to physical stores make me anxious because of situations like this, literally never had a smooth costumer experience. When I was in line there were two other costumers in front of me who were experiencing problems!! There seems to be a collective opinion on this considering all the other one star reviews, so why doesn’t management do anything? or do they just have no standards.
